Summer Art and Craft

We have used natural materials from around the school grounds to make mud faces and birds nests. We used twigs, moss, dried grass and leaves to make the nests. We thought carefully about the materials we could use to make comfortable nests.

KS2 SPORTS DAY

We thoroughly enjoyed our sports afternoon on Wednesday!  The children in Y5 and Y6 organised the event themselves.  The ice-creams were a real treat- thank you to Friends of School for providing the funds to buy them!

Mantle of the Expert

You would be amazed at all the animal experts we have in class!

This week we have been developing our animal park. We are awaiting a new shipment of animals.

Green fingers!

Take a look at our cottage garden. The children enjoy looking after their plants. Hopefully, We will have lots of vegetables soon.

Assessment time and a new arrival!

The children in Aderyn Du have been working hard this week completing assessments!  Well done everyone for doing their very best.

Luckily we have also been able to enjoy the arrival of Wellington to our class, a friend for Spike.  They are getting on very well now, despite Spike being a little scared of Wellington at first!
